PIMP MY PAJERO Service Description

1. You visit us at our showroom and offices (this is probably best suited to those of you more local to Kent) we then plan, design and outline all the desired changes you wish to be made indicated on our specially drafted requisition form that lists all our possible alterations from the cheap and simple, to the cutting edge and expensive, products we have on offer.
   
   You choose what suits you, there'll be no pressure or sales pitch from us whatsoever - Our job is to make available to you what we can at fair prices for your benefit.
   
   We are lucky to have such professionals in their fields such as - Spray painters, Graphics expert, Auto electrician (who deals with alarms/and the very latest in-car entertainment and the like) A Servicing Engineer (We supply replacement filters/etc - with ease) Professional Valeters, and Qualified Parts Fitter (who handles the finest accessories in the country!) all available to purchase in the interest of enhancing your driving pleasure.
   
   
2. Once plans are finalised (in a session that shouldn't last longer than an hour or two - depending on whether or not you've already a good idea on your make-over or whether you'd prefer to take advantage of our assistance.) You have endless possibilities as far as colour/s, accessories and graphics are concerned - we can make all vision reality.
   
   We'll kindly ask you to list any parts you might like us to purchase for you from other suppliers-such as wheels for example (we have a quality network of contacts) and we'll try to source any accessories that don't feature in our range.
   
   
3. We will then arrange a start date when (at your convenience) you can make your Pajero available to us, we can then proceed with all bookings to be made for the different jobs to be undertaken by our team well in advance, this should ensure a speedy conversion.
   
   
4. All our proposals and plans take place during the meeting. Our next step together will be to take costs into account, there will be no hidden fees or extras - that's our promise to you. (This consultation as such, is ABSOLUTELY FREE, even if, in the end you decided not to go ahead with any of the fore-mentioned ideas! And we won't charge you for the cups of tea neither!)
   
   
5. After agreeing on the total price (guaranteed to be reasonable!) especially for such high quality work, products and parts. We'll then ask for your written signature of confirmation at the bottom of the requisition form, to declare that you agree with all factors regarding the proposed work to take place on your Pajero.
   
   We'll be signing the form beside you for legal coverage to clarify that all work requested on your part will be complete within an agreed period of time, from an agreed start date, to an agreed and achievable finish date, to the highest of standards and excellence of finish-exactly as you defined (excusing any exceptional circumstance that may cause the unfortunate event of a delay, which we'll settle with fair compensation in your best interest in any case.)
   
   
6. You next make your payment (whichever method best suits you-but taking into account you have to allow for cheque payments to clear) around about the same time as the work is due to commence.
   
   
7. You leave your plain canvas of a Pajero with us to undergo the personalisation process and when you return to collect it, we know you'll be in disbelief, overwhelmed and 100% happy with the transformation we materialised for you.
